Pineapple is a people driven company that provides concept development, consultancy, and performance optimization for restaurants and bars.
The team boosts a total of more than 30 years of international experience in over 12 countries and 4 continents. We gained experience in senior management roles and have been managing multi-million dollar projects for international brands such as Armani Restaurants, W Hotels, InterContinental Hotels, Regent Hotels and JW Marriott as well as independent restaurants, waterparks and privately owned hotel/restaurant groups.
Pineapple specializes in turnkey concept development. We have strong experience in creative development, operations (front and back of house), commercial development, (OSE) planning and purchasing
